How much do custom curtains cost in Auckland?
Cost depends on window size, fabric and heading style. Because we manufacture in-house, our custom curtains stay genuinely affordable. As a rough guide, curtains for a whole house are often around 1 to 2 percent of the build cost. The best way to get an accurate figure is a free measure and quote, with no obligation.
What is the difference between blockout and sheer curtains?
Blockout curtains stop almost all light for total darkness and privacy, ideal for bedrooms. Sheers are light and semi-transparent, softening daylight while keeping daytime privacy. Many homes layer both on a double track for soft light by day and full darkness at night.
What is a pinch pleat curtain?
Pinch pleat is a heading style where the fabric is gathered into sewn pleats at the top, giving a fuller, more formal drape. It is one of several headings we make, alongside S-fold (wave), eyelet and pencil pleat.
How long do custom curtains take?
In-stock products are typically installed within 1 to 2 weeks, with rush installs available in as little as 3 days. Fully customised orders take a little longer. We confirm timing at your quote.
